This version is the "newer, better" version I purchased after my older model wheel motors failed. I had high hopes. At first, our relationship was great. The little vac was eager to please and did a great job, climbing over cords and under couches. The little vac did a great job on the volumes of dog hair in our house. And then our relationship changed. Our little vac decided he no longer had to please us with his labors. He quit working. And our little vac did it in the most passive aggressive way. It would journey off for about ten minutes, appearing to have no cares and enjoying cleaning our floors, and then it would just stop. No it wasn't the battery. No it wasn't the motors. Our little vac just decided every day it was done after ten minutes. No reasons given, no apologies attempted. Screw this thing. There are many like it on the market, and frankly, none of them work like they should for the money. Buy a broom and a dustpan, and a good ol' fashioned vacuum cleaner. Your life will be less complicated.
