Used items!
I first noticed the 3 diapers were shoved into the plastic bag and not folded neatly. When I opened the plastic bag, I noticed a weird smell. After I took the items out of the plastic bag I saw that all 3 doggie diapers had another dog's hair stuck in the Velcro, lint, frayed spots, and even stains! I am disgusted!!
