I was disappointed with the performance of this vacuum. Before a full two weeks of owning it the shoulder strap pulled free from the unit and I couldn't fish it back through the tiny slots. Also, as soon as the bag had a tiny, I mean tiny amount of dust collected in it suction was reduced greatly. I'd say like a 3/4 percent loss. The multi floor tool was yet another disappointment. If you didn't have the brushes down the attachment would stick to the whatever surface it was on making it unable to be used. The up side to this is Amazon was amazing, I put in a request to send vacuum back and be refunded via Amazon Credit, it was immediately accepted, I printed return label, packaged up, took to UPS no cost to me, and the same day I received my Amazon Credit. Amazon does stand behind their sellers. I will be ordering another vacuum soon looking at the Bissell Zing Canister Bagless Vacuum, 2156A, Green.
