When initially set up, the gazebo looks nice and appears as stated. After 3 months of normal usage, the gazebo cover began to sink and water began to collect in the roof material. The collected water is causing the roof to sink even further now and is leaking water below. The gazebo is essentially non-functional as it sits now (and is also an eyesore next to our pool). We live in Georgia and it was exposed only to sun and rain. As the problem seems isolated to the cover (and would probably be resolved with a replacement piece of fabric) I contacted seller to arrange a replacement. The cover can't be more than a few bucks to replace. I received an unhelpful response that I am out of warranty and that I am out of luck. After repeated emails, someone else gets back to me and states to 'check back later this year and see if we have the piece available' (summarized quote). I even offered to pay for the replacement cover, seeing as how my $300+ gazebo is non-functional. I don't like leaving negative feedback for items, but this issue could have been resolved with better customer service...
