No padding and the arch is too high. Seriously guys, you could have shaved off 1mm on the arch support and it would have been better. Needs a bit more gel padding and also make the entire bottom of the insole FLAT, so that the bottom of the entire insole lies flush with the sh. My sh has sticky glue-like substance but, since the bottom of the insole is not level, parts of the insole disengage from the sh during walking which makes for a loud "squeak" sound. I will be returning these.
