Previously I had a problem with our Cresimo carafe not keeping tea hot all day long. However, the bigger problem was with a company that ignored my complaint about their defective product. Recently, though, the company apparently changed ownership & the new owner took it upon himself to contact me & offer to send me a new carafe free of charge in hopes that the new carafe & new ownership would better serve our needs. This gesture was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the new carafe did not live up to our expectations of maintaining a satisfactory temperature over the course of a day. Perhaps our expectations are too stringent. At least the new owner cares enough to have reached out to us & that indicates a complete change from the previous ownership.
