Let me start off by saying I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It gives amazing flavor to your popcorn. I mixed it in with the oil and the popcorn and it came out amazing. That is where this review stops being positive. The cost in order to make the popcorn tasty comes in the form of massive sodium - and I mean massive. If you have any kind of blood pressure issues WHATSOEVER you need to monitor your blood pressure when using this product. As others have said, it's above and beyond the RDA for sodium by a lot (depending on how much you use of course). Popcorn is a regular snack in our household and after a week of snaking on it, I felt terrible by the weekend. My blood pressure had rocketed up. I had to stop using it. It's just too high in sodium for me to handle.
