while the taste is great. it contains the following chemicals which is not healthy for humans : 1. fructose, potassium sorbet, sodium hexametaphosphate, and sodium benzoat. over time these chemicals will negatively impact your health in a bad way. this was a one time buy for me. $8 isn't worth straining my liver to detox these chemicals. I rather my liver do something else than to battle these ingredients.
