Too soft and provides 0 support. Not recommend..
All the negative reviews are right. These pillows have pretty much 0 support to them. These are worse than the cheapo pillow I purchased from Walmart.. They pretty much crumble when you put your head to them. These are decorative at most. You could use it as a body pillow , but it's pretty much like bear hugging a pile of blankets. Not recommend.
