Disappointing. Bought three of these units because the product description illustrated exactly what we were looking for; i.e. holds hot/warm temps and cold temps. Also liked the fact that the product has multiple compartments making it convenient to pack several different foods and snacks. Unfortunately, our experience goes something like this; packed hot lunch at 7:00AM and by 11:30 (lunchtime), my food was cool (not warm at all). Therefore, this product does not work for us and we're returning all three. Sorry for the bad news...
