The Grill is great! Retailer not so much!
Unfortunately the seller on Amazon is not an authorized reseller. As a result the manufacture would not correct the manufacture issue citing the fact that the warranty is voided. The reseller would only accept that I return the grill in the original packaging for a missing screw and a faulty manufactured thermostat. The $25 cost to me for the items from the manufacture far outweigh the cost to disassemble and return. Bottom line, DONT BUY this grill from Amazon, you need to purchase it from an authorized dealer so someone will stand behind the warranty.
