Got horrible ghost problem. LG sent a technician and replaced the control board which does not help at all. The back cover was also damaged due to the technician's forcible opening. LG refuses to replace this imperfect product. Wasted bunch of time. Will not buy a LG product anymore. -Update: They finally agree to replace my monitor, but only with a refurbished one. So the story is my brand new monitor is damaged by LG and LG only wants to replace it with a second hand or reconditioned one. So in a word, junk product, WTF service.
