The TV was about 6 months old when it started acting irrationally. The screen image got "squished" to the right hand side, and it was about 5" wide (see photos). I called SONY "Support" on February 4th, the first of over 16 phone calls and emails. I have spent hours on the line, going through numerous exercises with those people. Now 3 promises and 2 ½ months later, they STILL have not done ANYTHING except waste my time. SONY used to be the gold standard of consumer electronics. I refuse to purchase any more SONY products---the WARRANTY doesn't mean anything.
