I am now beginning the process of replacing the second set of Bose noise reduction headphones to go bad on me. Bose allowed me to replace the first set, the earpieces kept falling off, for a discounted price of $99. This was less than a year ago and now the right side ear piece no longer functions on the new set, not the same rubber piece falling off, but a bad connection inside the earpiece itself. I was never really impressed with the sound quality but the noise reduction was good, I fly very often. But enough is enough, two years for the first and less than a year for the second, I am finished with Bose. For $300, there should be some durability and there just isn't, buyer beware of quality issues.
