Warning, buyer beware.
I purchased an SSD for my laptop and thought I'd use this service in the event that the SSD stopped working and I'd lose my data. I had to return the SSD as it would not fit my laptop so tried to cancel this service. It cost $14.99 but they want to charge me $8.46 in postage to return it. What?? Even if there was something to return, which there isn't, it wouldn't cost me $8.46 to return it USPS. I guess they think it wouldn't be worth it to return it so they get to keep my money. I notified Amazon but want to make sure potential future customers are aware of this.
