Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I spent a good amount of cash on this and the wire stripper and the pass through crimp and trim feature is severely lacking. The space near the trimmer and crimper have gaps. Did I get a faulty tool? Are they all like this? I really wanted this to work. I am going to reach out to the seller and see what they can do---as I like a one-in-all tool.
