The label clearly states that gas or bloating may occur and to cut back on dosage. I've taken probiotics before and most of them work well. Not this one. Most folks who take probiotics do so because of intestinal issues so adding the discomfort of this product on top of IBS is definitely not pleasant. I have 3/4 of a bottle left but I wouldn't give it to anyone nor would I ever buy it again. Please understand I'm not being mean-spirited just an honest opinion on my experience.
