I just received my heat press, and I am so disappointed! If you can tell by my pictures I posted the heat press arm is very crooked and so is the TOP PLATE! As you can tell when I close the lid the right hand side of the press hits the bottom plate before the left hand side! I have tried to press a shirt and is seems as though just like the picture shows there is more pressure on the right than on the left! After reading reviews, on here they say that it will cost me $100 to ship it back! I only spent $159.00!!! Do I really want to do this? I just want to cry right now I needed this to press some shirts for an upcoming event!!!
