The primary purpose of purchasing this device was to have my MacBook connect to two external monitors and have them all be distinct, extending the same desktop. This is what all the promotional pictures show only warning that it will only support 30hz at 4k. However, the product is only mirroring the displays which seems to be a limitation of the product as shown on an answered question by the Anker team. I am really disappointed in this false advertising of this product through the promotional images and language and will be returning this product. I usually love Anker products and I am sure that this would be a great product otherwise; I am just upset with the lack of transparency with this given item.
