I purchased this based on Amazon reviews - to say I'm disappointed would be a serious understatement. We are in the midst of a rainy spell, and I was hoping these would help with rainfall management. Alas it was not to be. They installed very easily - unfortunately that was the only easy part. They slowly unrolled under heavy rainfall - yet never got to the end opening for the most water flow. Instead, they backed up water around the house and ultimately popped off of the downspout. Repeatedly. The few times they managed to hang in there, they refused to roll themselves back up. I've already replaced these with a more traditional downspout extension and these have been placed in the trash. Do yourself a favor - get another product from Amazon. Seriously, if you'd like to waste your money - just send it to me! Please note: I purchased the 9 foot unit as well - it was even worse.
