Phone came looking nice however battery was not charged at 80% it came at 25% and would not charge. Called manufacturer same day it came and was told if I take it to a Samsung repair that they could fix it due to being under warranty. Samsung stayed the warranty ended so I had Amazon call manufacturer and he was very rude and stated "It's life, that happens". I did not want a full refund, just the difference to get it fixed to make things easier. He would not let me speak and thought I just wanted him to send me another note without returning the defective one. I stated to him that was not the case and eventually he hung up on Amazon and myself. Will not buy unless shipped and sold from Amazon.
