Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I love the product and when I received it it was in the 3D crest white packaging. However, when I opened it inside was a much cheaper knock off whitening strip brand "A plus personal care and beauty" whitening strips. Not only am I confused as to how this happened, I also can not help wondering whether it was intentional in order to make a greater profit on unsuspecting consumers. I am in the process of returning in order to receive a full refund. We will see how that plays out.
