Well I’m not sure what happened but I’ve been taking this product for quite awhile now & Just got my labs done for B vitamins and some others and might be vitamins are low. I was taking a different brand of vitamins it’s a chewable before this and I actually was a little high on B vitamins so I’m going to quit using this brand because now I don’t trust that the ingredients are accurate. I will be going back to my other brand. But that’s just my personal experience. Thank you for reading.
