If a customer searches for a 'Resmed Airsense 10 heated hose' why is this hose popping up in search? Why is the description on the item page so generic? If this hose is for one specific machine then why is it not in the description? And to make things even better this a No Return item. I've bought 1000s of dollars worth of items from Amazon over the years and this is the first time I have come across a No Return item. Sure. I ordered the wrong item. I'll take some of the blame but you know what? It is reasonable for people to search for a part for a specific model cpap and expect items for that model to be listed. And if a part belongs to a different machine then why is the name of the machine not part of the DESCRIPTION on the item page?! "Resmed 36995 Climate Line Tubing FOR [ FILL IN THE BLANK HERE ]!" See how simple that is?!?! It ain't rocket science.
