Recently, my wife's friend had an upsetting incident while out walking concerning a car following her. To help her and my wife, I reviewed several products for personal safety and found this combo kit. I tested the stun gun in the air and it appears up to the task - creating a loud snapping sound and imposing light. Then there's the pepper spray..... Please see the attached photos. Note, there is little to no protective ridge between the hand grip and the nozzle. Think about it. You're nervous, hands may be sweaty. You reach in your pocket. You shouldn't have to look down to confirm that you've got the right grip. Look at Mace brand products. See the prominent ridge? It's there for a reason. I'm a mechanical design engineer. I have been for over 36 years. I'll be shopping for a different spray. Oh and the best part. This product is non returnable per Amazon due to special shipping and handling.
