Let me start by saying that I wore this watch every day for 6 months. My husband got it for me as a Christmas present December 2015 and I absolutely love the bevel and the apps and the step counting. I LOVED the watch and told my friends about it and encouraged them to get one as well. That was until 2 weeks ago... Here is why I give it only 2 stars... after 6 months, the watch stopped counting steps, stopped reading my heart rate, and no longer responded to the "wake up gesture". I called Samsung and they sent me to a Samsung repair shop close to me. The result of the repair was that it was deemed "unrepairable due to extensive water damage". I swear I never EVER emerged the watch in water, pool, tub, anything. I was even careful when I washed my hands to not get water on it. The "extensive water damage" came from my sweat. Seriously? Isn't the point of the watch to be worn at all times? The watch even encourages getting up and moving and working out. Here in Texas, it's hard to not sweat while doing such things, so this"water-resistent" capabilty they claim is NOT true. Additionally, Samsung will not repair, replace, or discount another watch due to this damage. Needless to say, I won't be buying another one. How could I? Within 6 months it is unrepairable due to sweat from day-to-day activities and working out. Hope this helps!
