Not as good as BioFreeze or Blue Stuff. I thought with the arnica and laundry list of other ingredients, one of them would make more of a difference than menthol, salicylic-whatever, lidocaine, and other common what-have-you in such products. These ingredients don't. You're to apply this for a week to 10 days to get effects. I'll probably be feeling better by then ANYWAY, because time heals much. I wanted some relief for tendonitis NOW. This did not provide it for me and I can't return it. I don't appreciate that it's not guaranteed for return one bit and would not have bought it had I known. Disappointed.
