I purchased these rollers back in Nov. 2016. Today Aug. 7, 2017 I plugged them in to use like I normally do, heated up about 15 minutes and when I went to use them I noticed several had melted! I immediately unplugged the unit! When I pulled one of the rollers off, it had the consistency of hot taffy! I contacted Conair and they will replace it, only because it is still under the one year warranty AND I must send my proof of purchase (fortunately I bought on Amazon). They will also refund my shipping cost but only because I live in CA and there is a law. Any other state, you're out the shipping. Also Conair will not provide a shipping label. This is a huge waist of my time and I can tell you I will never buy a Conair product (made in China) again!
