These were great tasting, and I think they helped with my appetite. But....I have to rate them down because they made me quite sick. The acidity literally burned me from the inside. I visited the doctor twice and the gynecologist once to see what was going on. I had an appointment to see the urologist also. I decided to stop the gummies to see if they were the culprit, and sure enough, all my symptoms left. Beware.
