I don't recall ever leaving a 1-star review before, but this particular listing has been basically useless to me so I would give it negative stars if I could. I searched for the app to use on my Fire Stick 2nd Gen, which per both BB and Amazon should be compatible. The app doesn't even show up as an option when I search via the Fire Stick. When using the computer, Amazon shows an app that is apparently SHOULD be compatible with every device I own (each of which should meet the criteria based on listed specs), but it comes up as incompatible with all of them. Amazon customer service was largely unhelpful, but that's probably because they outsourced to people who have no idea what you're saying in the first place. I'd love to update this if or when this ever magically starts to work, but my Firestick doesn't even seem to think this app even exists. Works just fine on my Roku smart TVs and my computer, by the way, but the whole point of getting the fire stick was so I wouldn't have to drag either of those into my home gym and then back to their respective rooms just for a workout. In before "Did you troubleshoot?!" Yes, I've tried the listed troubleshooting tips from BOTH Amazon and BB. TL;DR: They need to get their s**t together.
