Really sad i have to write a negative review, because we were so excited about getting this. We got a new couch for Christmas, and so no dogs are allowed on it while it’s still got the “new”smell...so we ordered them (there are 7, yes, i know, I’m a dog hoarder) their own new couch. I ordered the jumbo so everyone had their own space (Maltese and Yorkie) and when it arrived made a huge deal about it to them all. For 3 days they didn’t want anything to do with it, so i finally put my blanket that i cover with while i watch tv down on it and they immediately laid down. 2 days passed by and it was hit or miss, maybe 1 of 7 would lay on it, and i noticed the color in the main area was changing. I thought maybe they got it dirty since it is a Midwest winter here, and when i went to unzip it to wash it, the zipper was broken and coming apart. So now, i can’t unzip it, or zip it, and i can’t wash it because i can’t get it off. I used a wet washcloth to test the dirty spot, it wasn’t even dirty...and it’s just fading for no real reason. So here i am, with a fading and broken dog bed that i obviously can’t return- 1 they’ve used it for a week , 2 the ginormas box it was shipped in made it to recycle last week, and 3 i haven’t been able to get a response from anyone in the matter. I’d say if you order it make sure you don’t get a light color because for some reason it changes.
