I was looking forward to using a high-quality OXO product. Unfortunately, my brand-new baking dish cracked in the oven the second time I used it. I'd followed all the safety guidelines, so it wasn't user error. By this point, I'd recycled the box and packing materials, and apparently I can only get a refund if I ship the damaged product back. I'll eat the cost of this baking dish, and replace it with a different brand. But I won't be near as confident about OXO products, or Amazon's process, in the future.
