Let me start off with the Pros and Cons because that's what people are looking for, then my story. Pros: 1. The wheel base is very solid 2. The PU leather seems to be a good quality 3. It reclines far back 4. The backrest is comfortable Cons: 1. Arm rests are cheap for the price of the chair 2. The seat is pretty hard to sit on to the point I had to use a butt pad 3. The customer service isn't what it should be. Let me explain... When I recieved the chair it was clearly used and damaged. Once I contacted Noblechairs with pictures they said they would have no problem sending me replacement parts then I need to send the parts back. Ok no problem. Weeks later and many messages back and forth they still haven't sent any parts. At this point the arm rests and reclining mechanism wasn't working properly. I was then tired of it and asked for a refund. They said I need to ship it back with the box, packing foam, and everything else it came with. I explained I don't have any of this because I had no reason to keep it. So the next thing I know I received the box crazy fast. (If they were only this fast with the parts) I then got an email saying exactly "You MUST return your item (in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included). If the chair or any of its main parts/components are received in poor condition (other than originally received) due to poor/insufficient packaging, it may be subject to additional fees. Any missing parts or accessories may result in your return being rejected, or your refund/replacement being delayed." At this point I knew they were going to screw me. After looking into it also it could be they were delaying the parts so its past their return policy. Right after this I contacted Amazon and explained it all. As always amazon did a great job and had my back. Thank you amazon.
