I received the product 5/29 and started it the next day as directed...1st thing in the morning and no food for 2 hours. About 3 weeks ago, I began having abdominal cramping, similar to a bladder infection. After 3 courses of drugs, my stomach continued to hurt and was swollen and hard. I finally realized yesterday that the only thing new I had added to my routine was the SeraVital. I didn't take any this morning and by this evening the pain was gone! Be very careful if you choose to buy this. Be very careful....
