After a year, I went to replace the bulb because I could see that it had burned out. When I removed the bulb I could see why it burned out. The housing had gotten hot and melted. Who knows if this would of caught fire and done serious damage. When I try to go to the website stamped on the mounting and installation sticker, the site is not found. Unsure how to reach the manufacturer or seller now that over a year has past since I purchased it from Amazon.
