Was easy to assemble by myself. Used it almost every night. Saw weight loss results even though I didn't need it. Got maximum relaxation and comfort out of device, while it worked. Was even able to reduce mucus and chest congestion from colds. Today the sauna just clicked off and would not turn back on, I did not do anything to cause it. While the product worked I was very pleased with it and happy with my purchase-I thought it was my best from Amazon. Now I want to give one star because this did not last at least a manufacturer's year.
