First area of concern is none of the reviews are about this particular product. What appears here are reviews for different unrelated products and not the personal air conditioner. That should have been red flag number one! I didn't like that the power source was a USB cable which required an adapter or to be plugged into a computer instead of a traditonal electrical plug that goes into a wall outlet. Next issue was the power and fan speeds. The power button had to be pressed repeatedly to stay on. Then if trying to go to a higher fan speed by pressing the other buttons, the fan simply turn off. The only speed that worked was the slowest one. Tried using it next to the bed but it was too loud and eventually had to be turned off. While it was on for a couple of hours the fan never did produce cooling air and was no better than just a regular fan and a very, very poor one at that! The slats indended to adjust air flow angle would not stay up. Overall, this is just a noisy incredibly flimsy object that serves no purpose other than being a paperweight and I am sure it is not in the least bit durable. Very overpriced and very cheaply made! I wish I could have given it Zero Stars. Do not buy. I am hoping that Arctic Air machine will do better. It could not be worse than this one.
