DO NOT BUY FOR HVAC, It is a paper thin aluminum tape; thinner that some of the construction tapes ["but now 33% longer"] and about half the adhesion. It carries NO NAME, NO UL rating, no claim as to temperature ranges or moisture, nothing imprinted on it. Easy to tear or poke a holes in. If you ever used UL181 tapes you know what I am talking about. How this tape got five (5) star rating is beyond me. "Professional Grade" - no. Without the ratings you will fail any and every inspection for framing or HVAC. Hobby projects only.
