I got this camera today and set it up immediately. I have set up many IP cameras and the setup process was easier than most. It connected right away to my wifi network and that part work great. BUT, I cannot get it to tilt to the spot I want it which is only about 15 degrees down from level. It seems to only have 3 tilt positions that it will go to with the app. That is terrible! I have reset it and tried again and again. No change. This is my 2nd Boavision camera and I love the first one I got. It must be a slightly different model or something because that one I can tilt where I want it with the app. Not happy. I really expected a little more from this company since I know they make some good cameras. Also, the video is a little blurry and the resolution seems lower even on HD setting. I may send this back and get something different. Will update. Update - After another day of trying to use this camera I noticed the lens began to fog up internally (see pic) this is just another instance of why I am dis-satisfied with this camera. Perhaps I got a defective unit?
