Uses 3 hole system. Fairly dificult to get them into place. Too narrow, does not fill male boot/shoe or create enough support. Discomfort in heel within first few steps. Discomfort in ball within 30s. After 60s wearing them, pain in heel still remained for 30 minutes after taking them off. Material seems to be too firm in heel and too thin on top layer after the bottom 4 panels end. I do feel tall as heck though, given that these are the tallest ones on the market. Angle leans too far forward, causing distortion and making it obvious from the look of the laces and boot that I am wearing them.
