My issue is more so with Costa farms and not the product although my plant did not live long after being delivered. After a week of the plant being in my home all the bottom leaves started to fall off there are currently 7 leaves left on both stalks combined. I tried to contacts Costa farms 4 times. 3 times by email and once by phone. I was transferred to someone who was not in the office so I left a message that was now over a month ago and still no word. I understand plants die but I emailed them for tips on how to save it when the problem first started. Now it is too late. This is an expensive plant to buy to have last for one week. I would buy cut flowers If that was what I was looking for.
