I connected this controller to my PS4 ...it didn't work. I still needed the Dual Shock to wake up the PS4 and to log in (this NACON doesn't work from the login screen either; neither USB nor wireless). After logging another controller, I can switch my user to this NACON controller ...but the programmable buttons don't work. There is no app to configure the buttons. At this point it is a less featureful and broken Dual Shock controller ...for 3 times the cost. I found that I *might* be able to download desktop software from their website but I need to register for an account to download any software (Window/Mac only, no Linux software). I cannot register because the United States of America wasn't in their supported country list!! Seriously?! I tried to report this to their support team using the support form on the website ...the support form doesn't work either. With such a staggering degree of incompetence, I feel like this was a total ripoff. I cannot imagine the low standards that people must have to give this product or this company any kind of positive rating. I am returning this useless thing.
