Loved the idea of this product as I am a frequent camper. I left this product out in the sun for an entire day in order to charge my phone at night. After a full day in the sun it only had enough power to charge my phone for about 20 minutes, same thing day 2. It never gets above 1 charge indicator light when charging by solar. I contacted customer service and was told solar charging is an additional feature for emergency only and the panel is not good enough for daily use. This product is marketed as a solar charger geared towards outdoors use....what a complete lie. Customer service did offer me a refund.
