I wear a night mask every night, it's the only way i can sleep. I bought this to replace my current one that's getting worn out. It's way too small, and squished my brain and gave me headaches. The fabric is soft, but doesn't block much light (what's the point if it doesn't block light? ) I returned this, it was a waste.
