Best cookware I've ever used. I've bought non-stick Teflon, ironware (that needs to be seasoned correctly to be non-stick), stainless steel, and anodized cookware, all in an attempt to find something healthy while being easy to clean. I think I've found it. This frying pan is wonderful. Not only does food NOT stick to it, but it has a wonderful flavor when prepared in this pan which makes me wonder about other cookware I've used. We've been cooking with the Vesuvio Ceramic Coated pan for almost 2 weeks now, and I really don't want to use anything else. Now comes the test of time. I'll update this review if I have any problems - but right now, I really think I'd like an entire set of cookware made exactly like this skillet.:) ********************************* Updated review: More money thrown away for cookware. :( After several months of use, everything sticks to this pan, even bacon. I hand washed it and used only silicone utensils with it. I'm very disappointed and definitely won't be trying any of the other pieces in the set. I recommend that no one waste money on this cookware.
