Caused me a medical consition- Hypercalcimia
I became very sick using this product. 5,000 IU for most people is way too high. I ended up at Mayo clinic because I was vomiting daily. I had no idea it was because of this supplement. I now have hypercalcimia. It can be reveresed however in serious cases surgery is needed to remove the gland responisble for calcium regulation. Higher doses of a good thing is not always better.
