This so-called Saffron "threads" is closer to being sawdust than threads. It has no aroma when opened, crumbles to almost dust when taking a pinch out, and adds nothing to the taste except for a taste of staleness, and nothing to the color. Simply not worth the price or the effort--don't waste good food by adding this floor dust.
