I had high hopes for this trail cam after reading so many detailed positive reviews...it really seemed like it offered everything I was looking for. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to return it due to the following problems: 1. Video length limitations: The menus have options to record up to 5 minutes upon motion detection, but when I set the length to anything above 1 minute, the camera would not record any videos. The night vision limitation of 30 seconds is clear in the product description, but I am talking about videos in full daylight. 2. Extremely poor motion detection: Again, this problem existed primarily in video mode. When I was testing it, I tried it indoors and in the yard. The camera failed to pick me up walking around in front of it at ranges of 10-30 feet. It even missed me riding 10 feet in front of it on my mower. This is just totally unacceptable. I am going to try a different camera and see how it goes.
