Totally disappointed. I wish I had returned them. Now I am considering closing down my land line entirely and only using my smart phone. The two things I most disliked was the quality and volume of the left messages. Often they are so garbled that I cannot understand who is leaving the message. Another thing I don't like is the low volume when on speaker phone. There is hardly any difference at all. Final and third of my objections is that one is unable to listen to the message that is being recorded. It is mute. You have to go to the phone and click on the recording to get the message. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.
