Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have purchased these pillows 8 times. I could not have been happier with the first six sets. Thought I had finally found my "forever pillow." However, the last two times, they were absolutely not the same Zen Bamboo pillows I received previously. Something has changed since early 2019, maybe a few somethings have changed. First off, this is not the same packaging anymore. It doesn't even look like the same company. Second, the last two sets were lumpy and flat, not soft yet lofty like the first sets. Third, they get lumpier as you use them and do not retain their shape. It seems that they are still riding off the reviews for a much higher quality product. In fact, this is the third review I am writing stating this as my first two reviews seem to have mysteriously disappeared after having been posted for a while and after never having heard from the seller. If this review also disappears, I will pursue other means of communicating with Amazon.
